Hmong Daughter-In-Law Support Group
The purpose for creating this space is to acknowledge and honor lived experiences, build community through storytelling, and foster resilience and mutual wellbeing through communal support.
This group is for the Hmong daughter-in-law who has made time for everyone else, but herself. She’s feeling burned out or has found it hard to cope with the stress of cultural expectations and navigating family dynamics. Whatever your experience is or has been, I invite you to join us for an open and honest conversation. All feelings are welcome.
